Publisher accounts are subject to review and approval based on the accuracy of the application, traffic sources, and compliance history. ThaFellasAds may decline or revoke approval at its discretion.
Publishers must send traffic only from approved sources listed on each campaign brief, and must comply with the Acceptable Traffic Policy and Anti-Fraud Policy at all times.
New creatives, landing pages, and promotional material must be submitted for approval before use on live campaigns.
Payment terms, schedules, and methods are confirmed in writing during onboarding. Payments are contingent on valid, non-fraudulent conversions as determined through agreed tracking methods.
Publishers must keep campaign details, payout terms, and creative assets confidential and may not disclose them to unauthorized third parties.
ThaFellasAds may suspend or terminate a publisher account for confirmed fraud, repeated compliance violations, or breach of these terms.
